C12-13 is a monoester formed from lactic acid with the monobranched C12/13 beryl alcohol isomer and is a lipid that belongs to a lactic acid carrier. Specifically good temperature-sensitive, straight-chain, and low-polar molecules can reduce the irritation brought about by surfactants. It can enhance the skin barrier function, repair the skin sebum film, provide very gentle skin sensation while providing moisturizing effect, and improve the thickening effect of NaCl. It can prepare the product without coconut amide DEA.
